MSME / Udyam Registration
Get on the Udyam registry and unlock what small businesses are actually entitled to — delayed-payment protection, priority lending and scheme benefits.
Overview
Udyam registration is the government's registry of micro, small and medium enterprises — and the gateway to benefits many eligible businesses never claim: statutory protection against delayed payments from buyers (with interest under the MSMED Act), priority-sector lending and collateral-light credit schemes, concessions in government tenders, and various subsidy schemes. Classification as micro, small or medium is based on investment in plant & machinery/equipment together with turnover.
The registration itself is Aadhaar-based and paperless, but done casually it goes wrong in quiet ways: the wrong NIC activity codes, mismatched PAN/GST linkage, or an incorrect classification that surfaces later during a loan or tender. We complete the registration correctly, link it with your PAN and GST data, and — more usefully — walk you through which benefits your business can actually use.
