Income Tax Filing in Noida Sector 63
Online Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing assistance for businesses and individuals in Noida Sector 63.
Sector 63 is one of Noida’s Phase III industrial sectors, next to Sector 62 and the Noida Electronic City metro station, where small manufacturing units, export houses, warehouses and IT and back-office operations share the same industrial plots. For people who work or run a business here, the income tax return is shaped by salary structure, stock options, professional receipts and capital gains more than by anything local.

Income tax return filing in Noida Sector 63: what is involved
For salaried staff the work is reconciling Form 16 with the Annual Information Statement, valuing ESOP perquisites and comparing regimes; for founders and consultants it is the choice between presumptive income and regular books, advance tax and TDS credits. Companies and LLPs file their own returns in ITR-6 and ITR-5 with audited accounts.
Returns for a financial year are due by 31 July for salaried and other non-business taxpayers, 31 August for business and professional returns without audit, and 31 October where a tax audit applies. From 1 April 2026 the Income-tax Act, 2025 applies and the year is called the “tax year”. Uttar Pradesh does not levy professional tax on salaries, so there is no such deduction to look for in your Form 16. For house rent allowance under the old regime, Noida Sector 63 falls in the 40%-of-salary category; the 50% limit applies only to eight notified metro cities.

Earning a living in Noida Sector 63 — and what your return should show
The return-filers of Sector 63 are, first, the owners of its units — proprietors, partners and directors of manufacturing, export and trading concerns, many above the tax-audit turnover limit and many with unsecured loans, job-work payments and cash wages that an audit report has to explain. Second, the smaller traders and online sellers who work from rented floors and can use the presumptive scheme. Third, the staff of the back-office and IT companies, whose returns turn on Form 16, HRA at the non-metro rate and night-shift allowances.
Owners of manufacturing and export units
Books, tax audit by 30 September and TDS on job work, rent and contract labour.
Online sellers and small traders
Presumptive income on turnover received almost entirely through banks, at the 6% rate.
Back-office employees
Form 16, rent receipts and a comparison of regimes that often favours the new one.
What to watch, by type of taxpayer
Firms & Companies. For an audited business the return is the last step of a longer sequence: books closed, TDS returns filed, the audit report uploaded by 30 September and the return by 31 October. Items that auditors must report — loans taken or repaid in cash, payments to relatives, delayed deposits of employees’ PF, and dues to micro and small suppliers unpaid beyond the statutory period — become disallowances in the computation.
Shop Owners & Traders. A trader’s return is read alongside two other records — the GST returns and the bank account — and all three should describe the same business. ITR-4 also asks for closing stock, debtors, creditors and cash in hand, which should be realistic. Two cash rules matter at the counter: no receipt of ₹2 lakh or more in cash from one person for one transaction, and, where books are kept, no deduction for a cash payment above ₹10,000 in a day.
Salaried Professionals. For salaried people who invest, the return has grown beyond Form 16. Shares of a foreign parent company received as stock units must be listed in the foreign-assets schedule every year they are held, even when nothing was sold; dividends and sale gains on them are taxable in India, with credit for tax withheld abroad claimed through Form 67. Trading in futures and options is business income, reported with its turnover, not a capital gain.
What a careless return can cost
- Amounts owed to micro and small enterprises and not paid within the statutory time are disallowed until actually paid.
- Accepting ₹2 lakh or more in cash for a single sale draws a penalty equal to the amount received.
- Leaving foreign shares out of the foreign-assets schedule can attract a penalty under the black-money law even when no tax was due.
- Banks and visa offices usually ask for the returns of the last two or three years, filed on time.
- A return filed after the due date carries a late fee and interest, and some losses can no longer be carried forward.
From documents to a filed return: our process
- First conversation. We note your sources of income and tell you exactly which documents are needed — no generic list.
- Reconciliation. Salary, interest, TDS and reported transactions in the AIS are tied to your records; any wrong entry is flagged for feedback on the portal.
- Regime and form. Old and new regimes are computed side by side, the correct ITR form is chosen and the draft is shared with you.
- File, verify, follow up. After your approval we file and e-verify, then track processing, the intimation and the refund.

Income tax filing in Noida Sector 63 — frequently asked questions
Yes, if you are liable to tax audit or otherwise covered: payments to a contractor above ₹30,000 for a single bill, or ₹1 lakh in the year, attract TDS at 1% for individuals and 2% for others. Failing to deduct means a part of the expense is disallowed in your own return.
An amount payable to a micro or small enterprise is allowed as a deduction only in the year it is actually paid, if it was not paid within the time allowed under the MSME law — 15 days, or up to 45 days where agreed in writing. Year-end creditors of this kind therefore increase taxable profit.
No. Receiving ₹2 lakh or more in cash from one person in a day, for one transaction, or for one event is prohibited, and the penalty equals the amount received. Larger payments should come by bank transfer, cheque or UPI.
Three things. The value at vesting is already taxed as salary in Form 16. The holdings must be disclosed in the foreign-assets schedule of the return each year. And dividends or gains on sale are taxable in India, with credit for any tax withheld abroad claimed through Form 67.
An intimation after processing is routine — it either confirms your figures or shows an adjustment. A defective-return notice or a query on mismatch needs a reply within the time given. Send us the notice and we will explain it and respond.
The fee is fixed and quoted in writing before we start, based on the type of income — a salary-only return costs less than one with capital gains or business income. The first consultation is free.
